Terms of use

These terms apply when you use this website or ask Haven to hold a stay. Last updated 1 October 2026.

Booking requests

A booking request is not a confirmed stay. A host replies within 24 hours to confirm availability and the full price, including taxes and fees, before anything is charged.

Deposits and cancellation

A confirmed stay is secured with a deposit of 30 percent. You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival; after that the deposit is kept unless the room is re-let.

During your stay

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out by 11am. Each house shares its own rules on arrival, including quiet hours and how to reach the team at night.

Photography and content

Photographs and illustrations on this site show the houses and are for information. Room details can change between seasons; your confirmation lists what is included.

Liability

We take care to keep this website accurate, but we cannot accept liability for errors or for loss arising from use of the site beyond what the law requires.
